Ultrazvočna diagnostika (sonografija) je varna, neboleča in neinvazivna metoda slikanja, ki z visokofrekvenčnimi zvočnimi valovi prikazuje notranje organe in strukture. Ne vključuje ionizirajočega sevanja, zato je primerna za vse starosti – od dojenčkov do starejših.

No, a referral is not needed. All our services are self-pay - simply book online or by phone and come for an appointment.

Preparation depends on the type of examination. For an abdominal ultrasound, fasting is required (6-8 hours without food). For most other examinations, no special preparation is needed. We will inform you of any necessary preparation upon scheduling.

You will receive the report immediately after the examination. The doctor will explain the findings to you and provide you with a written report that you can forward to your personal doctor.
