Preparing for the measurement
Do
- Come fasting or at least 2 hours after a meal
- Be normally hydrated (drink as usual)
- Wear light clothing
Avoid
- Exercise in the 12 hours before the measurement
- Caffeine 2 hours before the measurement
- Metal jewellery (remove before the measurement)

No. You don't feel the weak electrical current. Step onto the device and hold the handles — the measurement is complete in 30 seconds.
How accurate is the measurement?+
The Fitmao 280 is a professional 8-electrode segmental bioimpedance (DSM-BIA) device used by medical clinics. Significantly more accurate than 4-electrode home scales.
Do I need a referral or insurance?+
No. The measurement is a private-pay service without a referral. During the introductory promotion it is free.
